End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement applies to use of the Ingenious Designs by Creative Minds website, online store, customer store portal, custom product designer, and related online services.

Use of the Website

Users may use the website to request quotes, create custom designs, place orders, access customer store information, and manage approved customer store activity. Users agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access information they are not authorized to view.

Customer Artwork and Content

Users are responsible for all artwork, logos, text, images, names, and other materials they upload or submit. By submitting materials, users confirm they have the rights and permissions needed for Ingenious Designs by Creative Minds to use those materials to quote, produce, sell, and fulfill the requested products.

Customer Store Access

Customer store owners may receive limited login access to view store information, product activity, and payout information for their assigned store only. Access may be changed or removed if needed to protect the site or business operations.

Payments, Taxes, and Shipping

Orders may be processed through third-party payment, accounting, and shipping services. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Changes

We may update this agreement as the website, store, payment, accounting, and production systems change.
