Your image, logo, and or design deserves the best treatment. I know the online design tools aren’t the best and easiest to use so we want to give you the best. Our talented team of in-house graphic designers will make sure your logo or design will look fantastic on our custom printed products.

Design Fee Initial 25$ We will reach out with initial design proofs if additional time is needed, we charge 50$hr charged on the half hour. This additional time (if needed) will be charged and collected before production starts, not at the time of online purchase. The design fee is one time cost so if you want to reorder garments this fee is not required if there are no changes to design.
There is a file upload option on each product that allows you to upload design, image, and or logo file. We prefer ai, svg, and eps files. Other files we can except pdf, jpg, png, tiff, and ps with these files there might be more work needed. If you don’t know file type or it is not listed upload or email us contact us.
Please add in notes, any details about the design. If there is anything the requires design work, we will contact you.
Eyelets
- Eyelets will not show during design so keep in mind when designing not to place important info in those areas.
- Our Standard eyelet is chrome covered steel 1/2” hole sizes on towels placed 1/4“ and1/2” for banners from side.
- Other options available on request are 3/8 and 1/4 hole sizes.
- For additional cost Stainless Steel, Brass, and Black Anodized. Please added to notes or contact us.

Things To Consider with Dye Sublimation
The items used for sublimation printing can be made of any material, but it must be treated, coated, or made with polyester. The printing of the images is done using a printer that has special transfer inks, paper, and a extreme heat press. The base color of the product is the background color (lightest color achievable) you cannot dye something white or lighter than the item base color. If you have navy base color item, the lightest color would be navy even if you use white in your design. This is why most of our blanks are white allowing for all colors to be used. On some items during the process there can be wrinkles that we are unable to remove, and prints may not be taken in those areas. Please contact us for more information. Color Contrast make sure your color’s contrast is you pick white font on white towel it will not show. If you want white use a soil color background or image.
